Our Story
The first Purple Tree boutique hotel was established in September 2013 and the name Purple Tree came about when a duhat fruit (which is purple in color), fell on our son. As we were explaining to Juan what it was, it dawned on us to recognize the value of the duhat tree in the middle of our courtyard. It was like the tree was telling us to do so.
And that is how The Purple Tree began.
